Awaken your body, clear your mind, and reconnect with your natural vitality in this 90-minute immersive breathwork and sound bath journey. This energizing collaboration with Jennevive Barros of Body English is designed to help you release stagnant energy, expand your breath, and elevate your state of being.
We begin with intentional, activating breathwork to stimulate your nervous system, increase oxygen flow, and unlock emotional and physical tension. As your energy builds, you’ll be supported in moving through blocks and reconnecting with a sense of clarity, openness, and aliveness. From there, you’ll transition into a deeply restorative sound bath, where layers of resonant tones and vibrations help integrate your experience, soothe the body, and ground your energy. This powerful combination leaves you feeling both revitalized and centered—awake, yet deeply at ease.

Come celebrate your inner fire in community at the Beltane Fair! Beltane is a time to honor growth, creativity, and turning desire into action. On Saturday, May 2 from 12-4:00 at Kitsap Hot Yoga we’re gathering local makers and holistic health practitioner to support your self-care and artistic expression AND vendors are donating raffle baskets to support the Poulsbo Recovery Cafe. Raffle ticket proceeds support drug and alcohol recovery, housing navigation, employment services, peer support and more.
